What is Trekking?
A trekking is an extended adventurous journey undertaken on foot in region where common means of transport are generally not available. Trekking is an adventurous activity in which people take multi-day hiking trips through rural, often rugged territory. Many people who are trekkers engage in longer trips through entire regions of the world, using trekking as a way of getting from place to place. It also can be incorporated with other outdoor sports, such as rock climbing or backpacking.
Why is Trekking so much admired?
This activity is different from other types of travel adventurous activities for quite a few reasons. It tends to be less structured than other sorts of travel because of weather conditions and geography can influence trekkers’ travel plans. As travelers move on foot through often-rural areas, trekking gives them an up-close view of the landscape. Many trekkers travel through remote areas and get a travel experience that is much different from that of people who started in structured groups to admired destinations. This often allows trekkers to interrelate with nature while doing things such as climbing a rock wall or find the way through a mountain range etc. Trekking in far off lands is an awesome adventure, but some pre trip planning goes an elongated ways. Knowledge of the language and the customs is good to have though, having said that, one must realize that today the possible risks in adventure travel are much higher. We are today offering increasingly tougher and more exotic adventure trips for you to choose.
